Privacy Policy

Mullvoy LLC (“Mullvoy,” “we,” “us”) builds Let’s Talk and this website. This policy explains what information, if any, we collect through the Let’s Talk app and mullvoy.com, and how it is handled.

Let’s Talk is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not operate any servers that collect, store, or transmit your personal information.

The app does not collect, and we do not have access to:

• Your name, email address, or other contact information
• Your location
• Your contacts, photos, or other device content
• Analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking

The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If that changes in a future version, this policy will be updated first, and the update will ship alongside the app version that introduces the change.

Your selections, saved packs, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS/Android app storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to Mullvoy, and is removed if you delete the app.

Question packs are purchased through Apple’s or Google’s in-app purchase systems. Payment information is collected and processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies — we never receive, see, or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which is used to unlock the corresponding content on your device.

Let’s Talk is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the app collects no personal information from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages.

If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds optional analytics or an account system — we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above before that version is released.
